Entreprenuership
The High School Entrepeneurship Program is a Junior and Senior year elective for NHS students to take a college-level class taught by a business professor from Northern Essex Community College. The class includes instruction to the principles of starting and running a business, including financial planning, operations, marketing, and sales. In addition, students are required to form groups to invent and write a business plan for a company of their own. The class requires some student/parent financial commitment, but is partially funded through a gift from the NEBC. Students receive three transferrable college credits that can be used in their future endeavors.
